Integration with Packaging
If the Packaging Management app is installed, additional options are available on the Application Base field in Advanced Price Templates:
- Shipping Unit
- Shipping Container Unit
These options can only be selected when Line Type = Grouped Line Discount.
This way, Discounts can be calculated based on Shipping Units or Shipping Container Units.
Advanced Price Management Setup
As refered on the Setup, when the Packaging Management app is installed, a new tab called Packaging Management is added to Advanced Price Management Setup.

By default, Packaging Quantity (Rounded) is selected.

This determines how packaging quantities are calculated for discount thresholds.
Discount Calculation
Grouped Line Discount can now aggregate values using:
- Shipping Units
- Shipping Container Units
This allows discounts to be triggered when a certain number of packages or containers is reached, rather than just amount or weight.
