- Customer have Shortage Method = Change Order Quantity
- Vendor have Shortage Method = Standard

When creating Sales Order the Shortage Method = Change Order Quantity

When creating Purchase Order the Shortage Method = Standard

When the Purchase Order for drop shipment is posted:
- Sales Order and Purchase Order will have Shortage Method = Change Order Quantity
