Factory Planning List
The Factory Planning List report provides a printable or exportable overview of scheduled production orders across production lines and planning blocks. It is intended to serve as a workshop reference or planning handout, showing each order’s details, sequence, planning characteristics, and assigned timing.
This report reflects new data only after the Adjust action has been executed in Factory Planning.
Filters and Parameters

| Production Line No. | Filter to a specific production line or group of lines. |
| Block | Restrict output to a specific planning block number. |
| Starting Date From / To | Define the time window of scheduled production. |
| Status | Choose which production order statuses to include (Planned, Firm Planned, Released). |
| Sort By | Optionally sort by Planning Characteristics, Due Date, or Item. |
| Location Code | Filter orders by location (optional). |
Field definitions
Each line in the report includes the following data points:

| Production Order No. | Production Order number. |
| Item No. / Description | Item being produced. |
| Variant Code | Item variant (if applicable). |
| Quantity | Planned production quantity. |
| Due Date | Original order due date. |
| Start Date-Time | Final assigned starting time (from Factory Planning). |
| End Date-Time | Final assigned ending time (from Factory Planning). |
Business Rules
The Factory Planning List report adheres to the following logic:
- Orders must have been processed with the Adjust action in Factory Planning in order to see the new planning schedule.
- The report will print a page per block.
- Each page will be sorted by Starting Date-Time.
