Definitions
Production Follow-Up: Specifies a real-time visual overview of production order lines, allowing users to track quantities produced and consumed, monitor progress with color-coded indicators, and compare actual vs. expected production time.
Machine Status: Indicates the current state of the machine or work center for a specific routing step. Statuses include Start, Running, Paused, and Finished.
Stop Code: A mandatory code selected when a machine is stopped, used to track the reason for downtime.
Machine Status Progress: A page that records the chronological machine status history for each routing line. Each entry logs the start and end times of a given status.
Time Entries: Time Entries include details such as machine status (e.g., Running, Paused, Finished), stop reasons, and audit notes. They provide a precise log of actual production activity, supporting performance analysis, traceability, and process improvement.
Expected Production Time: The planned duration for completing an operation, calculated from routing times and quantity.
Actual Production Time: The real time elapsed between the Start and Finished statuses for a routing step or production order line.
