Integration with Quality Requirements & Specifications for Manufacturing
The Production Follow-Up extension integrates with the Quality Requirements & Specifications (QRS) app, enabling users to view and assign quality requirements directly from the dashboard for both production order lines and their components. This integration ensures that quality compliance is visible and actionable throughout the production process.
Setup
When the Quality Requirement Specification extension is installed, the Production Follow-Up page is extended with two new actions:

| Document Line QRS | This action opens the QRS Document Lines for the selected Item to be produced. The action is only enabled if the ‘Item No.’ of the Production Order Line is lot tracked. |
| Document Line QRS (Components) | This action opens the QRS Document Lines for the selected Item to be consumed. The action is only enabled if the ‘Item No.’ of the Production Order Line is lot tracked. |
Business Rules
- The QRS Document Line action is only enabled for items/components that are lot tracked.
- When activated, the action opens the QRS Document Lines page with the appropriate filters, allowing users to view or assign quality requirements and specifications for the selected production order line or component.
- All QRS assignments and updates are managed through the QRS Document Lines page, ensuring traceability and compliance.
