QRS Factbox for Production Order

The QRS Factbox feature provides visibility into Quality Requirements & Specifications (QRS) directly from Production Order Lines and Production Order Component Lines, ensuring quality expectations are easily accessible.

Production Order Lines Factbox

A new Factbox will be shown on the Production Order Lines page when the Production Order is Planned, Firm Planned or Released.

This Factbox will display the QRS requirements from the related QRS Document Line.

• If Minimum Shelf Life is not defined:

  • The expected Expiration Date is calculated from the Item Card’s Sales Minimum Shelf Life.

• Expiration Date is based on the Ending Date of the Production Order Line.

• Only shown for Lot Tracked Items.

The user can click within the Factbox to open the related QRS Document Line.

Production Order Component Lines Factbox

A similar QRS Factbox will be shown on the Production Order Components page when the Production Order status is Planned, Firm Planned or Released.

This Factbox will display the QRS requirements from the related QRS Document Line associated with the Component Line.

• If Minimum Shelf Life is not defined:

  • The expected Expiration Date is calculated from the Item Card’s Sales Minimum Shelf Life.

• Expiration Date is calculated using the Due Date of the Production Order Component Line.

• Only shown for Lot Tracked Items.

The user can click within the Factbox to open the related QRS Document Line.
