Integration with Document Storage

Recipe Instructions

The Recipe Instructions app integrates with the Document Storage app, allowing users to attach documents directly to the Recipe Card.

Attaching Documents to Recipes

To attach documents to a Recipe:

• Open the Recipe Card page.
• In the header, locate the Document Storage section Factbox.
• Drag and drop documents directly into this section to attach them to the recipe. You can attach multiple files at once.

  

This integration allows users to easily manage all documents related to a recipe, whether they are images, PDF files, or other relevant documentation.

Deleting Recipes with Attachments

If you delete a Recipe Card that has attached documents, the system will display a confirmation message. This message ensures that you are aware the associated attachments will also be deleted when the recipe is removed.

Changing the Recipe No on the Recipe Card

The Recipe No. field on the Recipe Card is editable. This provides users with the flexibility to update the recipe associated with a production order or other scenarios. When the Recipe No. is changed, any associated documents will remain attached to the recipe, ensuring that the correct documentation is available.
