Handling Sales Quote Conversion

When a Sales Quote is converted to a Sales Order or Invoice with status = Open, and Assign Shipping Fee on Document is set to Automatic or Always Ask:

• If Shipping Fees exist for the Customer No., Ship-to Address, Shipping Agent Code, and Shipping Agent Service Code, a confirmation message appears:

• If no Shipping Fees exist for the Customer No., Ship-to Address, Shipping Agent Code, and Shipping Agent Service Code, then no line is inserted, and no message appears.
