Trading file Management is about working with functionalities for trading with items/commodities in large volumes. It is mainly related to raw materials or partly refined products.

It can be a long term/volume related pricing agreement. It can be commodity market purchase and sales related activities. In this case the on-the-spot margin analysis is a major priority.

This would specifically provide:

• Trading file functionality by ensuring that a contract is correctly managed. This would secure business flow, making control optional or mandatory to move on to the next step.

• Control of Purchasing and Selling based on a valid contract done with the Vendor/Customer.

• Automatic creation of the Purchasing/Selling documents from valid Contracts.
