Deleting Trading Files

When clicking on action to delete a Trading File (Header and Lines), several checks are done:

• Check if no Sales/Purchase related released documents exists. If there are some released documents, a message will appear “There are existing documents for trading file. It can not be deleted”.

  

• A confirmation message will appear: “Delete trading file?”

  

• The Trading File No. and Dimension value for Trading file Dimension on related Sales/Purchase documents will be blank .

• The usage of the related Trading File Dimension value will be blocked .
