Attributes

It’s possible to assign Attributes to a Trading File (from Categories).

On Trading File Header, is possible to choose the Trading File Category:

Trading file Categories are defined in Advanced Attributes App.

These Categories are set with several attributes and, when assigning a category to a Trading File, the attributes are inherited.

On Trading File is possible to see the attributes on checkbox “Trading File Attributes”:

Through this factbox is also possible to edit the Trading Files Attributes.

Note: there’s also an action on Trading Files that opens the Trading Files Attributes called “Update Trading File Attribute Values”:

These Attributes can be of each type (Optional, Text, Date, Decimal, Integer) and can be promoted up to 10 priorities for each type.

To create Promoted Attributes, search for “Trading File Attributes” and open the related page:

As mentioned, can be prometed up to 10 attributes of the same type. However, two attributes of the same type cannot have the same priority.

For example, an attribute of type option is already set with Priority 1. If the user defines a new attribute of type option with the same priority (1), a warning message appears:
