You can assign Attributes to a Trading File from Categories.
Assigning a Trading File Category
On the Trading File Header, you can select the Trading File Category:
Trading File Categories are defined in the Advanced Attributes App.
These Categories come with several attributes, and when you assign a category to a Trading File, the attributes are inherited.
Viewing and Editing Trading File Attributes
On the Trading File, you can view the attributes by checking the “Trading File Attributes” checkbox:

Types and Promotion of Attributes
Attributes can be of various types (Optional, Text, Date, Decimal, Integer) and can be promoted up to 10 priorities for each type.
To create Promoted Attributes, search for “Trading File Attributes” and open the related page:
As mentioned, you can promote up to 10 attributes of the same type. However, two attributes of the same type cannot have the same priority.
For example, if an attribute of type option is already set with Priority 1, and you define a new attribute of the same type with the same priority (1), a warning message will appear:
