Transport Order Report
Report Selection
A page “Report Selection - Transport Orders” is created, to select the layout intended to print for different “Transport Order Types”. It’s also possible to define reports for different Shipping Agents as well as Shipping Agent Services.
It’s possible to define reports for Transport Order and for Posted Transport Order.
So, in this page, fill the following fields:

| Transport Order Type | Specifies the transport order type for which the selected transport order report/layout will be printed. |
| Shipping Agent Code | Specifies the shipping agent for which the selected transport order report/layout will be printed. |
| Shipping Agent Service Code | Specifies the shipping agent service code for which the selected transport order report/layout will be printed. |
| Report ID | Specifies the Object ID of the report. |
| Report Caption | Specifies the display name of the report. Automatically filled. |
| Custom Report Layout Code | Specifies the code for the custom report layout. |
| Report Layout Description | Specifies a description for the custom report layout. Automatically filled. |
Print Transport Order
To print Transport Order, select the Transport Order intended and click on action “Print”:
Report will be generated, with the information provided on Transport Order
NOTE: All Transport Order Types will be presented on layout. Depending on Transport Order Type selected on printed Transport Order, information will appear on respective area (‘Haulier’ if ‘Road’, ‘Sea Carrier’ if ‘Sea’ or ‘Airline’ if ‘Air’). In this case, since Transport Order is of type = Air, information on Airline will be printed.
Print Posted Transport Order
To print Posted Transport Order, select the Posted Transport Order intended and click on action “Print”:
