Transport Hubs
Transport Hubs
When organizing sea or air transportation (using Sea or Air mode Transport Order Types), the actual loading and unloading places for the main transportation may be ports or airports. Transport Hubs are used to register these recurring loading/unloading addresses.
Accessing Transport Hubs
You can access the Transport Hubs page through Transport Management Setup or by searching for it in the search bar.
General Tab
On the General tab, fill in the following fields:

| Series No. | Select the Series No. to define the Hub. This will be automatically filled if it’s defined in Transport Management Setup. |
| Type | Choose the type of Hub being created. Options are Port or Airport. |
| Name | Enter the name of the Hub. |
| Name2 | Enter an additional name for the Hub (if needed). |
Address & Contact Tab
On the Address & Contact tab, fill in the following fields:

| Location | Fill in the location details of the Port/Airport. |
| Contact Details | Provide the contact details of the Hub. |
| Transport Area Code | Define a Transport Area Code to be linked to the Hub. |
Additional Information
- Transport Hubs can be deleted or updated whenever necessary. However, these changes are not reflected in already existing Transport Orders.
- When selected on a Transport Order, the Transport Hub code will help populate transport address details. This can also be adjusted manually on the Transport Order.
Note: Changes to Transport Hubs do not affect existing Transport Orders.
