Create Categories

On the Search bar, search for Categories: It will appear all the entities where you can setup categories (Item, Vendor, Customer and Lot no).

Choose the related link (where you want to create categories);

On the Category List page, choose New:

Create the code and the description for the category. To associate attribute values to the category, click on “Edit”:

On the Vendor Category page, select the vendor attributes (previously created) you want to associate to the category:
You can also have “parent” categories. For example, divided into markets, you can have “Domestic” Vendors, as parent category, and then subdivided into country regions.
The attributes defined for the parent category will be inherited on child categories and cannot be changed.
