Promoted Attributes on Lists

Setting up an attribute with priority will make it available on the related lists (Customers, Vendors, Items or Lot no. Information list). Promoted attributes will appear as column with attribute name as title. You can then define specific views to filter on the attribute values.

Attributes on Customer Lists:

If the Customer Attributes created have priority defined, then these Attributes will be shown on Customer List.

Filtering Attribute Values on Lists

As Attributes are shown as columns on Lists, it is possible to filter for attribute values.

For example:

1. On Lot No. Information List, click on filter button:

   

2. Click on “Filter list by” - the attributes will be available as fields, to filter:

   

3. You can filter lists for Attribute Values and save those filters to have a view always available:
