Installation

The “Documents Storage” apps is available on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AppSource.

Please review the Extension Installation Procedure for further information.

Permissions

To use this extension, following permission set should be assigned:

• (ISALCM_CONTROL) “License Control Management”, for all users.

For the users of the extension (setup or read) there are some extra permissions sets:

• (ISADOC_SETUP) for users that need to setup the Azure Storage connection.
• (ISADOC_USER) for users that will use attachments on contacts, customers, vendors, items and sales documents.

Azure Storage

Two types of Azure Storage can be used with Documents Storages:

• Azure Storage Containers Azure Storage Container Setup
• Azure Storage File Share Azure Storage FileShares Setup

Connection Setup

After creating your Azure Storage, you have to setup the Documents Storage Connection
