Working with Inspection Status on Outbound Flows

Outbound Documents

Outbound Documents consist of documents representig:

  • Selling Items;
  • Transfer Order Shipments;
  • Item Assembly and Production;
  • Negative Adjustments.

Can have Warehouse documents associated or not.

When, on an Outbound Document (can be Sales document or warehouse document), a lot is being selected:

  • if Lot Inspection Status is not set as blocking for Select/Post, the lot can be selected to Item Tracking Lines and the document can be posted;

  • if Lot Inspection Status is set as blocking for Select, when trying to choose the Lot with that Inspection Status:

It is not possible to select the Lot - an error message appears.

  • if Lot Inspection Status is set as blocking for Post/Register, when trying to post a document containing these Lot with that Inspection Status:

It is not possible to post the document containing that Lot - an error message appears.

Validation Rules for an Inspection Status Code
