Advanced Lot Management
Inspection Status is integrated with Advanced Lot Management, since it is possible to view Lot Inspection Status as well as to update Inspection Status through Advanced Lot No. Information List.
Audit Trail
Inspection Status app has integration with Audit Trail app.
Audit Trail is set to have a complete log of changes being operated on a lot.
Audit Trail Setup
On Audit Trail setup is possible to define if Audit Trail is enabled and if Reason Code is mandatory or not.
Is also possible to define the Default Reason Code, to be used for the Audit Trail on Lot Information Card standard updates.
If Reason Code is set as mandatory, then, Default Reason Code is necessary to be filled:
Audit Trail Log Entries
If Audit Trail is enabled, all the changes related to lot will be reflected on “Audit Trail Log Entries”.
When creating Lot, if the Default Inspection Status is set, the Lot Inspection Status will be filled.
If Reason Code is mandatory and default reason code is set, it will be filled:
When updating the Lot Inspection Status, if the Reason Code is set as mandatory , is necessary to fill the “Reason Code” field:

When Updating the Lot Inspection Status, is possible to fill the Reason Code field, but is not mandatory:
Advanced Attributes Management
Inspection Status has a straight dependecy with Advanced Attributes Management. Is not possible to have an app without the other.
Setup Attributes
Advanced Attributes is used on Inspection Status Setup, where is possible to define the Item and Vendor Attributes to set Default Inspection Status and Customer Attributes to define Exceptions on Lot Inspection Status.
Lot Information Card
Advance Attributes Management also has impact on Inspection Status on the automatic creation of Lot Information Card.
When, on a Purchase Document, a lot is inserted on Item Tracking Lines, Lot Information Card is automatically created, whether the Item Tracking Code is set with “Create Lot No. Info on Posting” or not.
