Client Download
To use your printer with Print Solution, you need to install our client software on the device where the printer is setup. When installed, the Print Solution client will automatically detect any printers setup on the device and sync them with your Print Solution account.

Installing the Print Solution Client
Windows Installation
Download the Client
You can obtain the latest version of the Print Solution Client from the links above or here.
Run the installer
When the Print Solution Client installer has finished downloading, run it.
Accept the Licence Agreement
Choose an installation location
Unless you have a specific need to install to a different location, leave this at the default setting.
Select a Start Menu folder
Select additional tasks to be performed
If you are installing the Print Solution Client on a multi-tenant machine (specifically, with more than one logged-in user) it is best to install it as a Windows Service.
Install the Client
Click Install and wait for the process to finish.
Finish the installation
You are now ready to use the Print Solution Client. Click Finish to launch Print Solution.
Log in to the Print Solution Client
In order to log in to the Print Solution Client, you need to sign up for an account. When you have signed up, enter your email address and password in the Print Solution Client login screen.
MacOS / OS X Installation

Run the installer
Drag the Print Solution icon into the Applications folder
Once you have done this, navigate to your applications folder and open Print Solution to start using the Client.
