Printer Management

When you want to list or modify your defined printer, you have to go to Printer Management Page.

When you select a line or click on Edit printer settings you go back to the printer page to define the properties.

You will see all the properties of the printer that you can change. These properties are the common ones that you can find in the printer driver:

Property Description
Copies The number of document copies you want to print
Pages to Print A set of pages to print. The format is the same as the one commonly used in print dialogs in applications.
A few examples:
1,3 prints pages 1 and 3
-5 prints pages 1 through 5 inclusive
- prints all pages
1,3- prints all pages except page 2.
Collate The document has to be printed with copies collation
Color The document has to be printed in colors or B&W
Orientation Portrait or landscape
Duplex Two-sided printing along the long-edge (portrait) or the short edge (landscape) respectively
Paper Size A list of supported paper sizes
Media A list of media names the printer driver supports
Paper Bin A list of paper tray names the printer driver supports
