Enable Audit Trail
To enable Audit Trail function:

Search for Audit Trail Setup on the search bar:

Enable the Audit Trail field:

When click to enable, a pop-up message will appear, to ensure is intended to activate the feature:

The feature is enabled:
Reason Codes
Enable Reason Codes
If you want a reason to update lot information, is possible to create reason codes and make them mandatory when updating these info. For that, enable “Reason Code Mandatory”:
Create Reason Codes
To create Reason Codes, go to the “Audit Trail Reason Codes”. It is possible to access it through the Search Bar or through the Audit Trail Reason Setup:
In this page, define the Reasons to update lot information, with a Code and a brief description:
Audit Trail
On Advance Lot No. Information List, as well as on Lot Information Card and Lot No. Information List, there’s an action called “Audit Trail Log Entries”:
In this action, is possible to check changes made in a lot or all the lots (depending on filters).
Examples
For example, if Updating an Expiration Date for lot:
The Reason Code field appears on action and is mandatory. It isn’t possible to complete the action without choosing one reason code;
After selecting one reason code, click on “Ok”:
After that, if access to “Audit Trail Log Entries”, the update is shown, with the reason code associated:
