Create Sublot
Create Sublot on Advanced Lot No. Information List
When positioned on Advanced Lot No. Information List, is possible to create sublots for the existing lot, whether creating a new Lot No, whether add to an existing lot.
To create a new Sublot

On Advanced Lot No. Information List, click on Actions –> Create SubLot:

A pop-up message will appear, to choose if want to create a new sublot or add to an existing lot. Choose the first option:

Define the New Lot No. and the quantity to create (it can be all the quantity of the lot or just a part), as well as the Posting Date
NOTE: it’s possible to see the related Package No.

A confirmation page will be displayed, to double check the information. If everything is ready to post, click on “Finish”, if not, click on “Back”:

The new lot is created with the designated quantity, and the quantity of the original lot is updated:
To Add to an Existing Lot

On Advanced Lot No. Information List, click on Actions –> Create SubLot:

A pop-up message will appear, to choose if want to create a new sublot or add to an existing lot. Choose the second option:

Choose the destination Lot No. and the quantity to create (it can be all the quantity of the lot or just a part), as well as the Posting Date:

A confirmation page will be displayed, to double check the information. If everything is ready to post, click on “Finish”, if not, click on “Back”:

The quantity of the lot is transferred to the “new” lot and the quantity of the original lot is updated:
If Lots have different Package Nos.
When using the “Add to an Existing Lot” function, if the lots have different related package numbers, a new line will be created in the “Advanced Lot No. Information” list. This line will reference the same lot but will contain different packages.

Two Lots exist with different Packages:

Action “Create SubLot” –> Add to an Existing Lot is run:

New Line for LOT0137 is created, with Package related to LOT0139.
