Lot Report Selection
It is possible to choose which report you want to associate to lots.

For that, search “Lot Report Selection”:

On Lot Report Selection page, click on “New”:

Fill the following fields:
| Field | Description |

| Type | Specifies the Type for which the selected lot label report and layout will apply. The options are “Item”, “Item Category” and “All Items”. |
| No. | Specifies the Item Category code or Item No. for which the selected lot label report and layout will apply. |
| Variant | Specifies the Item Variant for which the selected lot label report and layout will apply (if necessary). |
| Report ID | Specifies the report ID of the lot label report to be printed. |
| Report Caption | Specifies the report caption of the lot label report to be printed. |
| Custom Layout Description | Specifies the Description of the selected custom layout for the lot label report to be printed. |
If this information is empty, when printing the Lot Label, an error message appears:
It is possible to select a Lot Report Label per Item and Variant, per Item Categoy or per All Items.
If a report is only setup for a certain item/variant, when printing Lot Label for a non setup Item, an error message will appear:
It is also possible to print lots from Advance Lot No. Information List. If several records are selected, and haven’t the same Item No. and Variant Code, an error messagem will pop up:
It is only possible to print lots for the same Item & Variant.
