Non Conformance Management
The Non-Conformance Management module is designed to help organizations manage deviations from expected standards in products, services, or processes.
These deviations—called Non-Conformances —can occur during purchases, sales transactions, transportation, or internal quality checks. This app enables structured recording, classification, and resolution of non-conformance events within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It provides tools for:
- Assessing quality performance across purchasing, sales, and internal operations.
- Tracking non-conformance reports with linked corrective actions.
- Improving traceability, accountability, and continuous improvement processes.
