The Production Scenarios Extension does not directly rely on the Catchweight Management App.

However, there are a few validations when both extensions are used together.

Suggest Family Planning Action

The Suggest Family Planning action can either create new lines in the Planning Worksheet or update the quantities of existing lines:

• Adding New Lines: If a new line is needed (for example, if the family has more items than those already listed in the Planning Worksheet), the Handling Quantity field is filled with the quantity based on the Handling Unit of Measure.

• Updating Existing Lines: If there is no need to add a new line but the quantity needs to be updated due to increased demand for another item in the same family, the system also updates the Handling Quantity accordingly.
