Production Scenarios
Production Scenarios is a Bricklead solution for Dynamics 365 Business Central that helps manufacturers organize multiple valid ways to produce the same finished item. It gives teams the flexibility to switch production methods when capacity changes, equipment becomes unavailable, or demand requires an alternative manufacturing path.
Production Scenario’s allows flexible manufacturing organization by allowing several process to achieve the same product. Each process can have its own BOM and/or Routing allowing to use different resources depending on their capacity/availability.

With Production Scenarios, each manufacturing option can have its own Production BOM, BOM version, Routing, and Routing version, allowing companies to adapt materials, resources, and workflows to the situation at hand. This makes it easier to balance capacity, optimize yield, reduce waste, and react faster to changing production conditions.
