Assigned License Plates
The Assigned License Plates functionality enables users to view the specific License Plates that have been allocated to inventory items within the warehouse. By facilitating easy access to assigned License Plate information, it enhances operational efficiency and improves inventory management accuracy.
It is possible to consult on:
- Purchase Documents;
- Warehouse and Inventory Documents;
- Sales Documents;
- Transfer Documents
Key Features
- The system scans all document lines to retrieve License Plate information, either directly from the line or the Item Tracking Lines.
- If a document or line contains only one assigned License Plate, selecting the action will open the License Plate Card automatically.
The standard field “Package No” was added to the subform on the Warehouse Pick and Inventory Pick pages to support this functionality.
