Deletion of Empty Licence Plates

The Delete Empty License Plates report allows users to remove license plate headers that are no longer relevant. Users can choose to delete only empty license plates without any history or include those with history that are no longer needed.

This report can be accessed via the Search bar and supports filtering by one or more license plate numbers.

Key Features

• Non-empty License Plates: If the selected license plate isn’t empty, no action is taken, and the page closes.
• Reusable License Plates: When filtering for a single license plate that is empty but marked as reusable, an error message is displayed: “Reusable License Plates cannot be deleted. Please deactivate the Reusable toggle.”
• License Plates with History:
  • If Include License Plates with History is set to No, only empty plates without history are deleted. License plates with history are ignored, and the page closes.
  • If Include License Plates with History is set to Yes and no filters are applied, all empty license plates, except reusable ones, will be deleted.
