License Plate Overview Page
The License Plate Overview provides a comprehensive view of all License Plates and their associated inventory in the warehouse.
It allows users to filter and inspect detailed information such as item numbers, quantities, locations, and tracking data, enabling efficient management and monitoring of the movement and status of inventory across different License Plates.
This new page works similarly to the Item Tracking but focusing only on the License Plating.
This page can be access through:
- License Plate Card and License Plate List: filtered by the License Plate No selected
- Search Bar: No filters are applied by default
- Item Card and Item List: filtered by the Item No selected
- Stockkeeping Unit: filtered by the Item No., Location Code, and Variant Code fields based on the selected SKU record.
This page includes 3 views created by default:
- All – Select this filter to view all the License Plate records – Default view.
- Active License Plates – Select this filter to view the License Plate records which contain inventory and are not blocked.
- Empty License Plates - Select this filter to view only the License Plate records which do not contain inventory.
License Plate on Lot No. Information Card
The Lot No. Information card has a new field called “License Plate No”:
The License Plate No. field will be visible on the Lot No. Information List to enhance user accessibility and operational efficiency. It will indicate the license plate associated with the lot number.
Functionality
- Single License Plate: Displays the specific license plate number if the lot is contained within one license plate. Users can click on the value to view the respective License Plate Card.
- Multiple License Plates: Displays “Multiple” if the lot exists in several license plates. Clicking on this value will present a list of all relevant license plates, allowing users to navigate to each License Plate Card.
