License Plate Reports
Delete Empty License Plates
The Delete Empty License Plates report allows users to remove license plate headers that are no longer relevant. Users can choose to delete only empty license plates without any history or include those with history that are no longer needed.
This report can be accessed via the Search bar and supports filtering by one or more license plate numbers.
Key Features
- Non-empty License Plates: If the selected license plate isn’t empty, no action is taken, and the page closes.
- Reusable License Plates: When filtering for a single license plate that is empty but marked as reusable, an error message is displayed: “Reusable License Plates cannot be deleted. Please deactivate the Reusable toggle.”
- License Plates with History:
- If Include License Plates with History is set to No, only empty plates without history are deleted. License plates with history are ignored, and the page closes.
- If Include License Plates with History is set to Yes and no filters are applied, all empty license plates, except reusable ones, will be deleted.
License Plate Report Selection
The License Plate Report Selection table and page allow users to define which report and layout should be printed based on the License Plate Type and Label Type. This setup is used when performing the actions Print LPN Labels, Print SSCC Labels and Print SSCC per Item/Batch Labels.
Setup
In the License Plate Report Selection, fill the following fields:

| Usage | Specifies which type of document the report is used for: License Plate Label (LPN): Prints the internal License Plate Number (LPN); Shipping Container Code (SSCC) Label: Prints only the SSCC number; Product and Batch Label with SSCC: Prints one SSCC label per item and lot (batch). |
| Sequence | Specifies a number that indicates where this report is in the printing order. |
| License Plate Type | Specifies the License Plate Type for which the selected transport order report/layout will be printed. |
| Report ID | Specifies the Object ID of the report. |
| Report Caption | Specifies the display name of the report. |
| Report Layout | Specifies the code for the custom report layout. |
| Report Layout Description | Specifies a description for the custom report layout. |

Duplication Restriction: It is not possible to configure the same License Plate Type more than once for the same Usage. If the user tries to do so, the system will display the following error message: “Combination of Usage and License Plate Type already exists.”

Deleting Records: When a user attempts to delete a line, the system will show a confirmation message: “Go ahead and delete?” With the options “Yes” and “No.” If “Yes” is selected, the line will be deleted; if “No” is selected, no action will be taken.
