Working with SSCC's

Note that assigning SSCC on shipment is a time consuming exercise especially when managing this offline using office desktop. This apps is first designed as a backup when no registration or false registration has been made using handheld device apps. Handheld device apps can therefore beter interact with API and backoffice user will get outcome in Webclient using the enclosed screens.

Registering qty to handle on Inventory Pick

Once the Enable Outgoing SSCC Management option is enabled for a location it is not possible to directly register Qty to handle (1) on the Inventory pick line.

You should now use the SSCC Lines action (2) or click on the Qty to handle figure (3) to display the SSCC lines detail page.

Once the SSCC Lines page appears you can now fill in with the picked quantit. If no SSCC Number exists click on the New SSCC action (1) to create a new SSCC number. Or, if you cant to use an existing one, select it on line dropdown combo (2).

You can register as many line as required (if you need several pallets or package to ship the same inventory pick line). Note that the sum of the lines quantities should not be over the Qty Outstanding value.

Once you closed the SSCC lines page, the sum of lines quantities is reported on the Qty to handle field of the Inventory Pick. Note that you can always update SSCC Lines as long as inventory pick is not posted.

Registering quantity to handle on warehouse Pick

Warehouse pick registration works the same principle as inventory pick.

Viewing SSCC Lines on posted documents

Once an Inventory Pick is shipped you can view the linked SSCC Lines selecting the SSCC Lines action from both document header (1) or document line (2).
