Hide Lines with Zero Quantity
General
The Hide Lines with Zero Quantity feature allows users to simplify document views by hiding lines that are not relevant for processing while keeping the underlying data intact.
This enhances usability, especially in documents with recurring or prefilled lines where only some lines are actively used.
This feature is available on:
- Sales Orders
- Purchase Orders

How It Works
By default, all lines remain visible to ensure users can review the full document content.
When the feature is activated:
- Lines with Quantity = 0 are hidden from the page
- Only relevant lines remain visible
- Hidden lines are not deleted and can be restored at any time
Conditions
The toggle can only be used when:
- Document Status = Open
- Line Type = Item
